Ok! You ask for a loan with low interest from the city, but they need your deed well that doesn't work because the bank holds the deed. So that stops loans. But it gets better.
A neighbor runs a buy and sell business (something stolen) and he takes in homeless who draw welfare, they drink and wander the neighborhood. The city wants him out and they relocate the men by giving them money. And this cost the city $70,000. They put a lien on the property but he wants to sell so they are forgiving the $70,000. Property has sold to a builder of apartments.
Makes you wander who is running the city? It's not us we have no say to. Please vote to retrofit our viaduct. I think it's beautiful, it's about all we from Seattle have left.
