King County Water District No. 49 issued a determination of non-significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project:

Southwest 150th Street Water Main Replacement

After review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, King County Water District No. 49 has determined this project will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.

Copies of the DNS are available at no charge form the District office, 415 SW 153rd Street, Burien, WA 98166, (206) 242-8535. The public is invited to comment on this DNS by submitting written comments no later than December 13, 2006, to:

A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2006 commencing at 5:00 PM at the District office. All interested persons may appear at such time and place and express their approval or disapproval of the proposed project.
