NOTICE OF PROPOSED EFFECTIVE DATE OF ANNEXATION

Notice is hereby given that on October 3, 2006, the Board of Commissioners of Southwest Suburban Sewer District, King County, Washington, adopted Resolution No. 2006-37 which approved and authorized the annexation of the area known as Island Annexation Cedarhurst Div. No. 3 which is legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto. The effective date of this annexation shall be December 5, 2006, subject to the referendum procedures set forth in RCW 57.24.180 and 57.24.190

Legal Description

A portion of the southwest quarter of Section 8, Township 23 North, Range 4 East W.M. situated in King County, Washington, described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the easterly margin of State Highway No. 1-K (SR 509) with the centerline of South 128th Street;

Thence westerly along said centerline to its intersection with the east line of the west 208 feet of the south 305 feet of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of said Section 8;

Thence northerly along said east line to the north line thereof;

Thence westerly along said north line to the east line of the west 89 feet of the Southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of said Section 8;

Thence northerly along said east line to the centerline of South 124th Street;

Thence northeasterly along said centerline and its extension thereof to its intersection with the north line of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of said Section 8;

Thence easterly along said north line to an intersection with the easterly margin of State Highway 1-K;

Thence southwesterly along said easterly margin to the point of beginning.
