Kennedy second

Kennedy rolled all the way into the state Class 3A girls volleyball finals before taking a loss to Bishop Blanchet of Seattle.

Blanchet reigns as the volleyball champion after its 25-19, 25-19, 25-15 victory.

Rachel Moran had 23 assists for the Lancers and Stephanie Slatt nine kills and three blocks. Ashley Eneliko scored five kills and three blocks. Kailey Hutchinson had six kills and Angela Smith five kills.

On the way to the final, the Lancers defeated Shorecrest in the semifinals, 17-25, 25-20, 25-23, 23-25, 15-9.
