The driver of a white 1996 Plymouth, who lives on the 30600 block of Pacific Highway South, contacted Federal Way police to report that an unknown person or persons had broken into his vehicle and stolen his black JVC CD player, valued at $120. The victim's report stated that the incident occurred on November 4 around 4 a.m. He indicated that a neighbor witnessed two white males and a Hispanic male associated with a white pickup messing around with the victim's vehicle that morning. The victim stated that the suspects possibly live in the same complex but he is unsure which building or who they are. He also reported that there was no damage done to his vehicle and assumes the suspects used a slim-jim to gain access to his Plymouth.
Domestic disturbance involves a food fight
2. Federal Way officers arrived at the scene of a domestic disturbance in progress at a residence located on the 2100 block of Southwest 338th Street. Two of the residents were involved in a verbal domestic argument, the report states, which then escalated into a food fight where ice cream and water were being thrown at one another. No injuries or physical abuse were reported. The argument, officers said, was abated prior to police arrival.
Woman receives threats from ex's new girlfriend
3. A woman, who lives on the 32400 block of 22nd Avenue Southwest, contacted Federal Way police to report that she received vague threats to kill and "put her in a ditch" from her ex-boyfriend's new girlfriend. The threats occurred over the phone. The woman told officers that she only wanted the incident documented and will pursue a no contact order. Federal Way police gave the woman information on obtaining the order.
Prostitute assaulted by unknown suspect
4. A woman contacted Federal Way police to report that she was assaulted by an unnamed suspect near 1500 Southwest 306th Place. The incident occurred around 2 a.m., the police report states. The victim admitted to officers that she worked as a prostitute and the suspect was providing her a ride when he assaulted her. The victim could not give officers enough information to locate the suspect, although she said he was driving a silver 2000 Chevrolet. The victim did not complain of pain however, she sustained an abrasion to her right knee.
