Quick prep not fast food

Don't feel like preparing a meal after work? Buy quick prep packages during the week and make a healthy nosh. Trader Jo's and QFC have pre-made meatloaf you can microwave for a few minutes. Isn't that better than grazing your way through the night on crackers, cheese, and cereal?
There are some great new organic soups available. Serve with iced tea, cheese, and organic blue corn chips. Pre-cut salads and veggies also decrease prep time. Buy free-range turkey burgers, add a little cheese and have the salad on the side.
Have lots of food on hand so you won't have to do the drive-through.
If you are one that actually enjoys fast food for the flavor, then why not make it a treat and have it once or twice a week instead of every day?
