A 64-year-old renter has been granted a temporary protection order against a man who allegedly forced his way into her Morgan Junction apartment, sprayed her repeatedly with pepper spray in the face and mouth, threw things around, and told her he was going to hurt her, would come back again, and that she _didn_t know who she was messing with._ (The suspect is somehow associated with the apartment complex and there has been a civil dispute regarding rent.) The suspect stepped out of the woman_s apartment as officers came up the stairs. His description of the incident differs from hers. Officers have advised him that he is being investigated and released on burglary and assault charges and can have no contact with the victim until their case goes before a superior court judge.

A couple of weeks ago, a woman went into her mother_s home uninvited, dumped items into a plastic bag and threw them out of the house, claiming to be _cleansing her mother of impure sexual items._ On Tuesday, mom was in the shower when she heard glass breaking accompanied by the sounds of loud religious music. She ran out to discover her adult daughter grabbing items from a china cabinet and throwing glass collectibles around the room. As mom wrestled her to the floor (and a roommate called 911), daughter said _I_m going to kill you._ Mom then realized that her daughter was bleeding and growing weaker. Despite her injuries, daughter managed to break free through the front door yelling, _I_ll be back to finish the job!_ Medics found the daughter running down the street, bleeding and screaming that the only person she had to listen to was God. Officers followed a large blood trail back to the house, where they found a large pool of blood in the hallway, smashed glass, dishes, and collectibles strewn throughout the dining room, kitchen, and living room. Daughter was treated for her injuries and booked into King County Jail for investigation of harassment. Mom says that the daughter has become a _Fundamentalist Christian_ and seems to be increasingly controlled by her beliefs.
