Highline Public Schools, District No. 401 is requesting statements of qualifications for architectural services for the replacement of Marvista Elementary School and Parkside Elementary School.

The Request for Proposal outlines the information necessary to understand the projects, consultant selection process and documentation required for submitting proposals.
Statement of Qualifications must be received by Highline Public Schools at the above address no later than 4:00 p.m. on February 2, 2007. Responding firms must state in their cover letter the school for which their firm is submitting.
Interested firms are required to attend a MANDATORY pre-proposal conference and site visit at which time the particulars of each project, the selection process, schedule and the elements of the contract will be discussed. SITE VISITS WILL OCCUR ON THAT DAY ONLY. Responding firms should not contact the schools to arrange for site visits.
The pre-proposal conference will be held at Sunnydale School Library, 15631 8th Avenue S., Burien, WA 98148, on January 19, 2007 between 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. (Meeting 9:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m.; Site visits 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.)
Following an initial screening of the proposals a short list of firms will be invited to participate in an interview with the selection committee. These interviews will occur on a date and time to be determined by the Highline Public Schools.
