Some important distinctions were left out of an article in the Feb. 21 edition about the city's proposed changes to multifamily development zones.
The proposed increase in height limits would be 5 feet, not 10.
The city proposes increasing the height limit from 25 to 30 feet in zones designated lowrise/duplex, lowrise 1 and lowrise 2.
The city recommends increasing the height limit from 30 to 35 feet in lowrise 3 zones.
The height limit in lowrise 4 zones would drop from 37 to 35 feet.
