I was very disappointed to see that you had very little coverage of the annual West Seattle Parade.

It would have been a great opportunity for your paper to announce this major summer activity in West Seattle so that more West Seattleites would be aware of it and it would have enticed many to read your paper to look for their parade pictures in the paper. In addition, the Grand Marshall of the 2007 was Art Oberto, a West Seattle High School graduate and successful business leader in Seattle.

Many hours go into planning and running this event by West Seattle volunteers; it is a shame that you didn't make a larger effort to portray that effort.
