Passed away August 8, 2007, at 4 a.m. On his way to heaven he stopped to pick up his lovely wife of almost 75 years, Dorothy who had just suffered a heart attack and passed away the same morning at 10 a.m. They both went together to be with their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Besides being missed by their four daughters and son in laws, Lois and Jim Baasch, from Nebraska, Dody and Jack Meyers, of Lacey, Wash., Coral and Bob Hayes of Lake Serene, Wash., Larry and Phyllis (Toots) Voeks of Snohomish, Wash., they will be greatly missed by their grandchildren, Kevin, Kerri, Donelle, Craig, Shelly, Lori, Steven, Sheryl, Dwight, and Rob, who meant the world to them.

Also, missing them will be their great grandchildren, Andrea, Jade, Scotty, Kyle, Griffin, Curtis, Kendra, Cameron and Nolan. Cremation will be under the direction of Barton's Funeral Home, with no services as per Walt and Dode's request.

We will all miss you dearly.
