Kennedy 49, Lindbergh 14
Nolan Washington scored first in Kennedy's Saturday, Sept. 15 game, running in for a 20-yard touchdown. Placekicker Karl Antush then started off a perfect day, kicking six conversion points in as many attempts.
Tre Watson then struck on a 4-yard run and Everette Thompson caught a 24-yard touchdown pass from Washington.
Washington rumbled for a 65-yard run and Domonic Sheppherd scored on an 18-yard run. Sheppherd also delivered the final touchdown on a 23-yard run in the third quarter.
Highline 19, Mt. Rainier 14
Lewis Searles started the Pirates off on their way to victory, with Danny Hignite providing the kick for the extra point.
Alonzo Pelavo then scored on a 1-yard run with Hignite's kick blocked.
Dionte Cagogan put Mount Rainier on the scoreboard with a rushing touchdown, but the Rams' kick failed. Quincy Springs answered for Highline with a 7-yard touchdown run, but the kick failed.
The Rams were not able to catch Highline, despite a Cagogan run for a touchdown and a Cagogan run for a two-point conversion.

Mt. R. 26, Evergreen 3
Sean Towe shot a 44 and Kyle Johnson a 49 to lead Mount Rainier to victory Tuesday, Sept. 18. Anthony Border followed with a 52 and Brian Alexander a 53 with Evergreen's Austin Hause shot a 54.

Mt. R. 87, Evergreen 29
Stephanie Corey led Mount Rainier with a medalist round of 38 last Tuesday, Sept. 18.
Rachel Fullington of Evergreen took second with a 42 just ahead of three more Rams. Becky Pham shot a 48, Kelsey Burg a 49 and Catherine Tart a 53.

Bellevue Christian scored a 25-27, 25-17, 25-23, 25-21 victory over Seattle Christian Saturday, Sept. 15.
Megan Collier had 10 kills, six digs and one ace for the Warriors in the loss and Melissa Collier scored nine kills with three digs and five blocks.
Annika Linman contributed 27 assists as the SCS setter along with 13 digs and one kill. Alyssa Abe had eight blocks and one kill.
SCS 3, Chimacum 1
Seattle Christian scored a 25-16, 17-25, 25-15, 25-19 win over Chimacum Monday, Sept. 17.
Melissa Collier came tghrough with seven kills and four blocks and Caley Comiskey led with eight kills. Annika Linman had 17 assists

Kennedy posted a 25-12, 25-15, 25-10 win over the Pirates Tuesday, Sept. 18.
Bianca McCluskey led the Lancers with 34 assists as Ashley Eneliko scored 17 kills and five blocks and Amanda Zilke 12 kills and three aces.
Julia Vigen of Highline had 11 assists, with Emily Alvarez contributing 10 digs and Lynette Owosu nine kills and three blocks.

Evergreen's Wolverines ripped through Renton Tuesday, Sept. 18, scoring a 25-13, 25-14, 25-17 win.

The Pirates prevailed, 25-10, 25-13, 25-23, over Liberty in a Wednesday, Sept. 19 battle.
Samantha Erben scored 10 digs and four aces for Highline and Lynette Owusu had 10 kills and three blocks. Shannyn Fisher scored six kills, four blocks and three aces and Julia Vigen led with 17 assists and six aces.

Seattle Christian took a 25-21, 26-24, 10-15, 24-26, 10-15 loss to Cascade Christian on Wednesday, Sept. 19.
Alyssa Abe had nine blocks for the Warriors and Megan Collier 17 kills and six blocks. Annika Linman had 16 digs, 33 assists and four aces and Faye Torrejon led with 30 digs.

The Lancers scored a 25-14, 25-15, 27-25 win over the Wolverines Thursday.
Ashley Enevko had 10 kills and four aces for Kennedy, while Bianca McCluskey had 21 assists and three aces and Amanda Zilke had five kills.
For Evergreen, Amy Gambill had five kills, 12 digs and three blocks and Erene Togi had three aces.

The Pirates were 25-9, 25-17, 25-18 winners over the Highlanders Thursday. Emily Alvarez came through with 10 digs, while Shannyn Fisher had seven kills, 10 digs, two blocks and five aces and Samantha Erben had three aces. Tori Fesili totaled seven assists, Katie Gehring three aces, Ashlee Junell five kills, Sala Mafua eight digs, Julia Vignen 17 assists and Lynette Owusu 10 kills and two blocks.

Mount Rainier defeated the Wolverines by forfeit Tuesday, Sept. 18.
Highline 5, Renton 0
The Pirates shutout was split Tuesday, Sept. 18 by Stephanie Hoag and Angela Pacholski.
Kaity Medoza scored on a Siri Berg assist before also scoring on a Maddie Guidos assist. Alannah Anderson then struck unassisted before Estelle Hage followed suit. Carly Henley was assisted by Julia Stahnke on the final goal.
Kennedy 8, Tyee 0
Chelsea Lockhart came through with the Tuesday, Sept. 18 shutout on goal and Jackie Thomas scored the opening (and winning) goal unassisted.
Laissa Nuss also struck unassisted and Shay Thommasen followed with a goal. Nuss was then assisted by Lia Swartout and Thomas was assisted by Susan Hildebrandt. Emily Mitchell then scored before Alexa Diaz was assisted by Hildebrandt. Brittany Ginaw scored the next two JFK goals, the first on a Swartout assist and the second on a Hildebrandt assist. Jasmine Lambert scored the final goal and Samantha Crawley earned the assist.

Steilacoom Invitational
Ryan Prentice of Mount Rainier took second place in 15 minutes, 16.0 seconds over the 3.1-mile course at Fort Steilacoom and Abdi Giire of Foster took sixth in 16.17.8.
Boys tennis

Foster finished with a win in Wednesday, Sept. 19 action.
Brook Holdaas won No. 2 singles, 6-0, 6-4, and the No. 2 doubles team of Levi Young and Isaih Jones won, 7-6 (7-4), 6-7 (6-8), 13-11. Uyhun Ung and John Perez won No. 3 doubles, 4-6, 6-4, 10-8
