The Woodmont Elementary School Music Department is in need of piano keyboards to teach a unit of piano to sixth grade students. Any gently used keyboard of good musical quality would be taken in donation, preferably Casio or Yamaha brand, with a range of 60-88 keys.

Sixth grade students enrolled in the school's K-8 program will learn the basics of a general music curriculum. The skills gained will provide a lifetime of enrichment, music appreciation and self-confidence.

Woodmont is located at 26454 16th Ave S., Des Moines, WA 98198 and is part of the Federal Way Public Schools system. Woodmont began the transition to a K-8 school this year with the addition of sixth graders to the formerly K-5 school. Next year, Woodmont will add a 7th grade class and in 2009, 8th grade students will attend Woodmont for the first time.
