Mike Smith and Rob Leonard were enjoying the winds at Lincoln Park on Sunday as they flew using a Paraglider. Smith was observing, waiting his turn, as Leonard 'kited' to around 30 feet. "The goal is to get up to about the same elevation as the birds and you can sail all day," Leonard said. According to the pair the optimal wind speed for parasailing is about 15 to 18 miles per hour, "any faster and it gets dangerous," they said.
