THE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE NAMED BELOW has been appointed as personal representative of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the personal representative or the personal representative's attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the court in which the probate proceedings were commenced. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) Thirty days after the personal representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(3); or (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051and RCW 11.40.060. This bar is effective as to claims against both the decedent's probate and non-probate assets.

The City Council of the City of Normandy Park invites all interested parties to attend a Public Hearing on March 11, 2008, at 7:30 PM to take public testimony on the amendment adopted by Ordinance 819.
The interim zoning ordinance will allow schools within residential zones to be constructed to a height of 45', currently all homes and schools have a 25' height limit. A copy of the adopted ordinance is available at the City Clerk's Office at the City Hall address, on the city website www.normandyparkwa.gov or by calling 206-248-7603.
Interested persons may provide testimony either in writing or by appearing at the Public Hearing. Please submit written comments to the City Council, Attn: City Clerk, City Hall, 801 SW 174th Street, Normandy Park, Washington 98166.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of Valley View Sewer District of King County, Washington will hold a public hearing at 6:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, on Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at the District Office located at 3460 South 148th Street, Suite 100, Tukwila, Washington. The purpose of the public hearing is to review public comment on the District's adoption of a threshold determination of no significant environmental impact in respect to adoption of the District's 2008 Comprehensive Sewer Plan. The referenced document is available for review at the District office. Written comments should be submitted by 6:30 P.M. on March 18, 2008.
