Craig Robinson won the javelin for the Rams with a 114 feet, 4 inch throw and Anthony Pulfrey took the long jump at 19-9. Oscar Eason won the 100-meter dash in 11.8 seconds and Paul Decker took the 400 in 55.71. Michael Miller won the 800 in 2:00.1 and Ryan Prentice took the 1,600 in 4:23.34. Prentice also won the 3,200 in 9:26.05 and Mount Rainier took the 400-meter relay in 1:33.2.
Kennedy 74, Highline 71
Nathan McPeek of Highline won the shot put at 50-9 3/4 and he took the discus at 135-2 1/2. J.J. Croteau won the javelin for Kennedy at 143-11 and teammate Antonio Gonzalez took the high jump at 5-8. DeMario Davis of Highline won the long jump at 20-1 with Darian Brooks winning their triple jump at 41-11. Al Jiggs and Parades tied for first in the pole vault at 10-6 and Clayton Hendrix-Wright of the Lancers won the 110-meter high hurdles in 16.48. D'Mario Carter took the 300-meter hurdles for JFK in 42.6.
Tre Watson of Kennedy won the 100-meter dash in 11.82 and the 200 in 23.65 with J.J. Croteau taking the 400 for the Lancers in 54.28. D.J. Touloise of Kennedy won the 800 in 1:59.43 and Erik DeSilva of Highline won the 1,600 in 4:48.9.
Paul Huynh of Highline won the 3,200 in 11:36.76, while Kennedy won the 400 relay in 46.37 and Highline took the 1,600 relay in 3:40.18.
Renton 106, Evergreen 34
Vicent Cordova of Evergreen won the high jump at 6-2, the long jump at 21-10 and the triple jump at 42-5.
Hazen 122, Tyee 11
The Totems were kept out of the winning column against the Highlanders.

Mycal Forbes threw the discus at 134-6 for Foster in the win over four teams at once and Lundstrom of Seattle Christian took the javelin at 136-10 and Sharrod Cradle won the long jump at 37-11. Cradle won the triple jump in 37-11. Rashon Johnson of Foster took the 110 hurdles in 15.66 and the 300 hurdles in 41.25.
Johnson also won the 100-meter dash in 11.14 and the 200 in 22.85. Cradle captured first in the 400 in 53.8 with Foster's Abdi Giire gliding to wins in the 800 (2:07.3) and the 1,600 (4:39).

Morgan Reader of Tyee ran to a first place finish in the 100 in 13.40.

Alannah Anderson won the shot put at 32-6 1/2 for Highline and teammate Breu Gardner took the discus at 66-2 1/2. Amanda Samms won the javelin at 95-10 and Highline teammate Siri Berg took the high jump at 4-10. Berg also won the triple jump at 31-2.
JFK's Adriana Raybould won the long jump at 14-11 1/2 and Melissa Stuckey took the pole vault for Kennedy at 8-6. Laniece Luster won the 100 high hurdles in 17.99 and the 300 hurdles in 51.93. Kelresia Vasser won both he 100 in 13.9 and the 200 in 27.85 for Highline, with Kennedy's Braley Wisler winning the 400 in 1:06.54 and Rebekah Kurle taking the 800 in 2:27.33.
Kaily Burton won the 1,600 in 6:03.92 for Highline and JFK's Lia Swartout took the 3,200 in 13:26.84 with Highline winning the 400 relay in 53.89. Kennedy captured first in both the 800 relay in 1:56.59 and the 1,600 relay in 4:27.06.
Lindbergh 80, Mt. Rainier 69
Melissa Yapp won both the shot put (33-7 1/2) and discus (105-3 1/2) for Mount Rainier, with Kathleen Mulligan winning the triple jump at 33-10 1/2 and Jessica Wagner the pole vault at 7-6. Olivia Bement won the 100 hurdles in 18.03 and Mackenzie Ebbers took the 100-meter dash in 14.22. Ebbers also won the 200 in 28.92, with Megan Sykes winning the 800 in 2:30.42 and Clarissa Strayer the 3,200 in 12:48.03. Mount Rainier also won the 400 relay in 55.58.

Marshall Kosaka scored for Highline on an unassisted goal in the 22nd minute Friday, then Mount Rainier tied it on an A.J. Nitzel penalty kick in the 37th. Mowlid Hersi scored the winning goal for the Piraqtes on a Jesus Cervantes assist in the 65th minute.
Tyee 1, Renton 0
Frank Martinez scored on a Mostafa Hedayat assist with only two minutes left to play. Jose Rivera earned the shutout on goal.
Kennedy 0, Hazen 0
The Lancers played the Highlanders to a scoreless tie.

Kenny Albright scored Evergreen's only goal on an unassisted play in the 47th minute.

Faith Baldwin won on the hill for Seattle Christian, striking out 15 in seven innings.
Kara Kogle hit 3-for-4 and scored two runs as Megan Moffitt and Heather Gee racked up two RBI each.

Kristi Childs tossed a one-hitter for the Pirates in the win over the Wolverines and she also hit 2-for-3 and scored two runs.
Samantha Erben hit 2-for-2 with two runs scored and Leslie Rouden hit 2-for-3 with two doubles and two runs scored.
Mt. Rainier 10, Tyee 4
Blessedjoy Mipalar struck out nine in earning the win for Mount Rainier. Sarah Ferrin hit 2-for-4 with two RBI and Shelby Klein hit 3-for-5 with a home run, one run scored and two RBI. Ashley Messmer hit 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.
Katie Neubauer hit 2-for-4 for Tyee and Marie-Faye Schafer tripled and scored one run and one RBI.
