I'm the acting Chair of the Highland Park Action Committee, and I'm just trying to make a couple of clarifications. The two (proposed jail) sites are not in South Park, but are in fact in the Highland Park area. The West Marginal Way site is right at the foot of Highland Park Way the gateway to our community and that of West Seattle, Westwood, Delridge, and White Center. The Myer's Way site is near the intersection of Roxbury and Myer's Way, which is a direct line into the heart of West Seattle.

Unfortunately, the city has chosen however to place the first community meeting on Thursday the 26th in South Park, which is not the location of either site.
