A bank robber has hit the KeyBank in Burien twice this month. Both robberies were on Saturday mornings. No gun was seen and a note was passed to the teller in each robbery.
The bank is located at 655 S.W. 152 St.
The first robbery was on June 7th at 11:30 a.m. The robber left the bank in a full size, older medium-blue Ford pick-up truck without a canopy.
The most recent robbery on June 21st was at 10:10 a.m. No getaway vehicle was spotted.
Anyone who recognizes the robber is asked to call the King County Sheriff's Office at 206-571-8838 or 9-1-1.
Des Moines
June 20--Jean Hanson, 86, drowned after a car she was a passenger in plunged into the water at the Des Moines Marina. Police said the driver accidentally stepped on the gas. Her dog also died.
Bystanders jumped into the water and managed to rescue the driver.
Tukwila
June 21-Teenagers in a car were shot at by passengers in another vehicle in the 10700 block of Beacon Avenue South in the early evening, but none of the occupants were hit.
Police believe the incident was gang related.
June 22-Ahmed Mohamed, 18, was shot and killed by a passing motorist in Interstate 5 near the Boeing Access Road.
Occupants of his car drove him to Harborview Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
