our money
That's some spell at the mayor's office. You got it what's wrong with this? The mayor Greg Nickels only got $60,000 for our toilets, they cost us, the taxpayers, $5 million. I think a better way would have been to make them payolas in businesses like markets, city and state functions where we could have recouped money back in to the city. The proprietors could have kept an eye out. Would have given more protection away from streets.
And if they want to get more moneys in fund, how about enforcing noise control? Boom boxes, loud parties by low of the city is a fine of $170 to start and the fine climbs as you keep playing and partying. Outcome-more money coming in without hurting taxpayers. What do you think?
