A note of appreciation to the West Seattle Herald for publishing Matthew Miller and Rose Egge's recent article covering issues affecting the Cottage Grove and wider North Delridge neighborhood as it relates to Sealth High's recent relocation into the Boren Interim School site.
Matthew has also attended past neighborhood events such as our Octoberpress Apple Cider event. Having press coverage of events and issues affecting North Delridge is benefical to improving our neighborhood.
A future story suggestion for either Matthew and or Rose would be reporting on the large number of absentee owned rental or speculative properties in North Delridge and said absentee owners lack of attention to both the tenants they rent to as well as the lack of attention to the maintenance of their buildings and property.
