Boys basketball
Foster 76, Evergreen 60
Travis Miller led Foster past the Wolverines with 20 points in Friday, Dec. 5 action as Cameron Faison finished with 15 and JJ Smith 13. Darius Paige and Refugio Soto-Lopez knocked in nine each and Yasin Abdullahi hit eight.
Kwame Bates paced Evergreen with 28 and Kari Wells added 13.
Highline 65, Tyee 40
Thang Nguyen and Eric Turner both turned in 13-point performances for the Pirates in the win and Roger Pierce tossed in 10. Gary Tesfaye topped Tyee with nine.
Mt. Rainier 69, Lindbergh 47
Mount Rainier was topped by the 22 points of Tyrell Lewis in a Friday, Dec. 5 game as Jarrell Banks hit 14 and Cameron Harris 13. Bryce McPhee added 10.
Hazen 76, Kennedy 69
Antonio Gonzalez set the standard for the Lancers with 25 points Friday, Dec. 5 as Mitch Penner and Tre Watson chipped in 10 points apiece.

Seattle Christian took a 55-44 loss to Seattle Academy on Friday, Dec. 5. Al Lang scored 15 to lead the Warriors and Cameron Doyle hit 11.

Refugio Soto-Lopez led Foster to victory with 26 points in last Tuesday’s overtime game. JJ Smith added 18 and Yasin Abdullahi 13. Deshea Bell scored 23 for Kennedy as Mitch Penner hit 19 and Antonio Gonzalez 13.
Evergreen 77, Hazen 69
Kwame Bates tallied 20 points for the victorious Wolverines last Tuesday as Mohamed Sambou threw in 16, Kari Wells 13 and Dwayne Lawton 11.

Al Lang led Seattle Christian with 16 points in last Tuesday’s loss. Michael Watts tossed in 10 and Cameron Doyle scored eight.

Sara Paponjak tallied 23 points for the Bulldogs in their Friday, Dec. 5 win over the Wolverines. Amanda Mendoza hit 18, Shantel Carmichael nine and Netta Tappalaua eight.
Brianna Seso scored nine and Domunique Jackson eight for Evergreen.
Kennedy 80, Hazen 30
Kennedy crushed Hazen in a Friday, Dec. 5 game, led by the 20 points of Fuller. Brown and Madison threw in 13 each as Williams scored 11 and Trautmann nine.
Tyee 40, Highline 37
Tyee edged Highline behind the 21 points of Arinesha Smith and the nine by Unai Elisara
Sofia Locklear led Highline with 14 points.
SCS 66, Sea. Academy 15
Melissa Collier threw in 20 points and Lexi Peterson 12 as the Warriors scored a lopsided victory Friday, Dec. 5.

Brainna Seso hit 13 for Evergreen in a losing effort as Domunique Jackson hit 12 and Supiesi Kaea 10.

Jasmine Lemon led the Lancers to victory Tuesday, Dec. 9 with 15 points. Yaz Fuller threw in 13 and Aminah Williams 12. For Foster, Amanda Mendoza and Sara Poponjak finished with 15 each and Shantel Carmichael hit 10.

Lexi Peterson rallied for 23 points for the Warriors in their Tuesday, Dec. 9 win. Katie Collier contributed 16 and Melissa Collier nine.

Peterson hit 24 for the Warriors in Thursday’s victory. Kaie Collier added 18, Kara Kogle hit 11 and Melissa Collier scored eight.
Gymnastics
Highline 118.9, Evergreen Inc.
Shelby Kesterke of Highline had a banner day last Tuesday, winning the all-around with 26.6 points. She also won the bars with a 5.1 and teammate Brigitta Fader took the beam with a 7.3 and Yvette Preston took the floor with a 7.0. Kesterke won the vault with a 7.8.
Kennedy 119.25. Tyee 85.1.
Charlotte Ditmar won the all-around title and all four events for the Lancers in last Tuesday’s victory. She scored 32.85 points total to take the all-around. She won the bars with an 8.2, the beam with a 7.8, the floor with an 8.5 and the vault with an 8.35.

Symantha Murray of Mount Rainier tied for first in the beam event with a score of 8.5.
