The annual Trolloween starts at 7:30 p.m. on Halloween Saturday, Oct. 31.
On Friday and Saturday nights, costumed children of all ages will be out in force for community events and neighborhood trick or treating; the Seattle Department of Transportation urges drivers to be extra watchful for children crossing the streets in the evening darkness.

Annual Halloween event starting at the Fremont Troll (20th Birthday) , parading through the Fremont neighborhood, and ending under the Fremont Bridge;

Seattle Police will escort the procession starting at North 36th Street and Troll Avenue North; the “Haunt of Fremont” heads west on 36th to Evanston Avenue North; south on Evanston to North 35th Street; west on 35th to First Avenue Northwest; south on First Avenue Northwest to North Canal Street (which is closed from First Avenue Northwest to Phinney Avenue North for a performance of Dante’s Inferno); east on Canal to North 334th Street; east on 34th to Evanston; south on Evanston to private street; east on private street to the Fremont Bridge.

North 36th Street adjacent to the Troll (Linden Avenue North and Whitman Avenue North) from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
North Canal Street between First Avenue Northwest and Phinney Avenue North from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Trick-or-treating in downtown Ballard
From 4 to 6 p.m.
