UPDATE: Natalie Holler home; 47 year old white male in custody
Mon, 01/11/2010
Natalie Holler, 14, daughter of Denny and Noel Holler of Federal Way is home after her parents reported her missing on Saturday January 9th.
According to the Federal Way Police Department she called 911 from the Daffodil Motel 7909 Pacific Highway East in Milton. Police found a 47 year old white male not far from the motel and he was arrested on multiple charges including kidnapping and drug charges.
He is currently at the Regional Justice Center in Kent. Christopher Noel Thomson of Kent was arrested Tuesday and booked into King County jail, where he now is being held on $1 million bail.
Holler was taken to St. Francis Hospital and treated for minor injuries and released.
Holler said an older man had forced her into his van in Federal Way threatening her with a gun, saying he would kill her if she did not have sex with him, based on court documents.
Thomson's arrest came after she said the man had left the motel in his van and would soon be returning. She took the opportunity to call her father and 911. Holler described the van and it was located nearby soon after. The vehicle was pulled over by police and Thomson was driving.
According to court papers, Thomson admitted staying at the motel but claimed the girl was his 19-year-old daughter.
Holler told the police that the suspect had asked her for sex in a Federal Way parking lot near her home.
She agreed to a sex act, but Thomson then forced her into his van against her will, this too in the court documents.
The charging documents say, Thomson then booked rooms in a series of five different motels in the area between Saturday and Tuesday, forcing her to perform sex acts and smoke meth under threat of death with a gun.
Holler also told police that she was provided with clothing and was forced to dress and undress in front of her kidnapper but was not provided with any type of underwear.
On Tuesday, they were in the Daffodil Motel in Milton. Holler called her father and then 911 when Thomsen left the motel in his van apparently to retrieve something.
Police arrived, investigated and discovered evidence, which included meth pipes and weapons, which confirmed Holler's statements, according to court documents.
Thomson is being charged with first-degree kidnapping and first-degree rape, as well as sexual exploitation of a minor.
