Did you see this accident?

The Herald got an email from Kimberly Cisson regarding a traffic accident she was involved in. She requested that we post this online to potentially find any witnesses to the incident. Here's her story.
At about 8:15am on Wednesday, July 21 I was on the on-ramp of the 1st Ave Bridge going north from W Marginal Way S in a red Nissan Sentra. I was in the left hand lane that becomes the exit only lane onto S. Michigan. It was bumper to bumper traffic.
A SUV was merging in front of me from the right lane (which has a sign saying the lane ends) there was a blue Honda CRX (WA License plate - 152 VJW) behind the SUV that was tailgating the SUV and moving into the lane where I was. There was not a space for him in my lane. He began scraping up against my car. At this point I stopped and he went ahead.
He continued moving in the lane. When I realized that he was not stopping I started moving up and honked at him to get his attention since he was leaving the scene of an accident. A large truck moved in between us. As I was writing down his license plate number I lost sight of him in front of the truck. He was no longer there. I pulled into the US Bank parking lot on S. Michigan and 4th and dialed 911.
I made a basic report of the hit-and-run. I spoke to a State Trooper that called me later and gave a full report. When I next spoke to the State Trooper he said that the man in the car claimed I had hit him and that he had stopped as well.
I found out later he claimed he was at that same location. At this point the Trooper says it is just my word against his since there are not any witnesses. I am just asking that anyone that saw the incident to PLEASE call police immediately before the case is closed.
