The weather held and no rain fell on the Alki Community Council Family Fun Day Sunday Sept. 12.
The event saw several hundred people make the trek to the beach to enjoy a Pet Parade down the paved promenade south of the Bathhouse, a youth talent show Emceed by Antonio Fernandez, and Dysfunction Junction a local bluegrass band.
