Dawndra Budd of the Mission Grill took on a retro look as she handed out candy to costumed kiddies. The tattoos will remain even after the wig comes off.
Admiral Treats and Treasures, where merchants set up candy trays and bowls outside their shops for the kiddies Friday.
Merrill Gardens at Admiral Heights, the last stop on the treasure hunt for kids to get their maps stamped were in charge of awarding two participants large goodie bags as raffle prizes based on kids turning in their maps there. Saturday morning they announced the lucky winners, Jayla Sashaw, 9, who dressed as a "devil-girl", and 11 year-old Aidan Ewing, both of West Seattle.
