NOV. 23 PRESS RELEASE:

The open house fundraiser for Sofia Goff scheduled for today and this evening has been postponed due to hazardous driving conditions.

Please come to Kenyon Hall this Saturday, November 27, anytime from 7 P.M. until midnight, to help Sofia.

We’ll have entertainment, refreshments, a silent auction, and a raffle. When details are sorted out, I’ll send an update.

Thanks to all who have responded with offers to help. I know that Sofia and her family are grateful for your kindness, and I’m thankful to be part of such a caring community.

Benefit for Sofia Goff at Kenyon Hall!

Join us for a day of local entertainment and silent auction. Celebrate Cafe Revo while helping Sofia and her children. This is a day to come together to officialy say good-bye to a local business that truly loved its guests and its community.

Live Music and entertainment all day. Silent movies, Organist, Pianist, Belly Dancing, Dance Music, Vaudeville and more! All family friendly and all fun! Coming soon watch for a list of all the entertainers such as: Bob White, Andy Crow, Lou Magor, Matt Baker, Debbie Sweetland, Alexia Johnson and more!

Saturday November 27th
7pm-Midnight
Entertainment all night! Beverages and Food donated by local businesses (Husky's, Zippy's, La Rustica and more!) will be served, including some Cafe Revo favorites.

Silent Auction from 7-10 pm
Special items from Cafe Revo Restaurant. Take home a treasure from Cafe Revo to always remember it by.
Servingware, Photographs, Hand blown glass from Venice, the Cafe Revo Polenta Pot, even one of Chef Chano's chef coats and much more.

There will also be a raffle for some very special Cafe Revo items. Raffle tickets sold at the event for $5 a piece or get your arms length in tickets for $40

$20 for adults
$10 for youth (ages 13-17)
$5 for children (ages 6-12)
Children 5 years and younger free!

The benefit is for Sofia Goff. She and her late husband Sean were the proprietors of the wonderful Cafe Revo in West Seattle. When Sean passed away unexpectedly, Sofia tried desperately to hold onto the restaurant but due to costs incurred by Sean's illness and death, the economy, and virtually receiving no pay for over 15 months it made it impossible. She still owes a substantial amount of money; they 2nd mortgaged their home and got

numerous loans to open Café Revo. Not only has she lost her husband and the restaurant, she is now in danger of losing her home.

While in business, the Goffs were always willing to hosts benefits for many West Seattle businesses and causes and we're hoping you will come to her aid now. Sofia is raising two wonderful children by herself so you can imagine the dire straits she is in.
