The Link Apartments nearing completion in the West Seattle Triangle are now promoting their project with a new sign atop the building.
The Link Apartments, being built in the West Seattle Triangle at 4550 38th Ave. s.w. is the newest development by Harbor Properties and just recently added a new nighttime element to the West Seattle skyline. Their new sign, illuminated with spotlights points to their upcoming completion this Spring.
The project will feature 14,000 SF of Street LevelCommercial/Retail space, 1 & 2 Bedroom Apartments, Studios and Garden Lofts.
It will have a 3,200 SF Indoor/Outdoor Rooftop Deck & Lounge and offer residents Rooftop P-Patch gardens to let them grow their own fresh veggies.
It is located on the future RapidRide bus route and has access to the neighboring YMCA.
Inside there will be a WIFI lobby lounge and “Linked” private spaces and It is being built Green Certified.
Hard hat property tours will start later next week according Rose Manos, spokesperson for the project.
In the next two weeks, a portable trailer or other temporary structure will be brought to the site which will act as the office until they have a room inside the building.
