An ad on Craigslist announces a vacancy for restaurant space in the "Carnegie brick building in heart of downtown Ballard" and building owner, Karoline Morrison told the BNT that she's "talking to people."
Carnegie's French restaurant is leaving at the end of the month after coming to a "mutual agreement" with Morrison.
"We've reached a mutual agreement and [Chef Jerry Brahm] is going to do other things," Morrison said. "He's a wonderful chef and he's got some great ideas."
The 3000 square feet of space offers two fire places, outside seating and a wine cellar for $6500.
