Their West Seattle based production The Divine Marigolds is in the final stages of editing before being presented to television distributors and networks.
Lisa Coronado and Alder Sherwood, two of the creators behind West Seattle based TV pilot “The Divine Marigolds”, have embarked to the state of Missouri for pre-production meetings and scouting for the feature film, “The Orpheum”.
Coronado and Sherwood are both producing and starring in the film, which is about a haunted, aging Orpheum Theater.
Also attached to the project are music great, actor and producer Les Brown Jr. (“Band of Renown”, “Bob Hope: Hollywood’s Brightest Star”) Associate Producer, Jeremiah Kaynor (“Time Travel_0”, “The Divine Marigolds”), Line Producer, J. Daniel Dusek (“The Butterfly Effect”, “Northern Exposure”), Producer Rodney Stone (“The Last Ride”, “The Pistol”), Digital Effects Artist Tim Everett (“The Last Samurai”, “Pirates of the Caribbean”) and Missouri winery owner, entrepreneur and Executive Producer, Larry Owens.
The "Divine Marigolds" also a Corwood Productions product was all set and shot in West Seattle and is being edited right now. The director. Franciso Menendez is working on another cut and which will then see some final polishing edits before being shopped to networks and other distributors.
