Two injured in Tukwila shooting
Tukwila police are looking for a suspect in a shooting that left two men injured in a parking lot. Officers were called to the Deja Vu Showgirls in the 15000 block of Tukwila International Boulevard on a report of a shooting. They arrived to find two men with gunshot wounds lying in the parking lot behind the building. Sgt. Rick Mitchell of the TPD says that the suspect in the shooting fled on foot. A search of the area with K9 units and with King County's sheriff helicopter failed to find the suspect. The two men were taken to local hospitals for treatment, Mitchell said, but their conditions are not known. No description of the suspect has been released.

Decomposed body found in front yard
An employee with the Highline Water District arrived at a home in the 210000 block of Military Rd. S. The employee was sent to this residence because there had been no water usage in the last two-month billing period. When he arrived at the residence he found the 50-year-old homeowner who was obviously deceased and called 9-1-1. The victim was lying on his stomach between two vehicles in the front yard. The body had already begun to decompose. There was no family on the scene, and the front door of his home was open. Nothing suspicious was found in the residence. Deputies called the Medical Examiners Office to remove the body, nothing suspicious was found on or under the body.

Early morning fire in Des Moines
Fire crews were able to quickly put out a fire at a home in south Des Moines early Friday, March 25. Firefighters from South King Fire and Rescue were called out to the house on the 2100 block of S. 253rd Street just around 5 a.m. They were able to put the fire out quickly, limiting damage to one area. There were no injuries, and no word as of yet on what caused the fire.
