From plastic and paper bags, to an array of easter egg baskets, to a few backpacks, kids between the ages of one to twelve eagerly awaited the 10:00 am easter egg hunt that took place at the Delridge Community Center. Approximately 50 - 100 kids showed up with their parents, grandparents, or family friends.
There were different age group sections for the hunt.
The kids aged one to three were in the tennis court, while the older groups were out on the playfield. The entire event lasted only about 10 minutes.
There were special eggs hidden in the hunt called the “Golden Egg”, if a person found that special egg they were awarded with an easter gift basket.
