Sylvan Ridge Townhomes to be auctioned if debt is not paid
Sylvan Ridge Townhomes may be auctioned off if the debts of the developers are not paid prior to June 3.

The Daily Journal of Commerce is reporting that the Sylvan Ridge Townhomes at 2733 SW Sylvan Heights Drive will be auctioned off June 3 if the developer, West Sylvan Partners LLC of Lake Oswego, Ore. does not pay back two loans.
According to the Journal report the lender, Bank of America, is owed $7.5 million, plus interest and fees.
