Here's your chance to be both plant and animal friendly with the Furry Faces Foundation Plant Sale this weekend. More than 1000 healthy, nursery quality perennials, annuals and vegetables are available all at reasonable prices, beautifully suited for Pacific NW gardens.

The plants for sale include Ornamental Grasses, Spiderwort, Sedums, Dianthus, Lychnis, Phlox, Capanula, Lavender, Sages, Semperviums, there is a unique Coleus selection, and flowers in the sale include Viola, Pansies, Petunias, Nicotiana, Mosses and more. Cash and check only please.

FFF suggests that you could start a 21st Century Victory Garden with organic tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, Squash, Cilantro, Parsley, Spinach and Pumpkin plants, all available during the sale.

Different rescue groups will be on site with the opportunity to meet dogs and cats looking to adopt a loving human!

UPDATE: Regional Animals Services of King County will be there from 12 - 4 pm both days with adoptable dogs! Don't need plants, please stop by to meet all of these lovable dogs! Although RASKC has many wonderful cats 'n kittens, we decided not to have them at the plant sale this weekend. Why? Because Kitty Harbor (who partners with RASKC on adoption events), has their Season Opening Adoption Event this weekend....so if you are looking for a fuzz ball that 'meows' insteads of 'woofs', head to Kitty Harbor (after you buy plants from us...)
