Westside Snow Report: Storm cycle coming

A storm is hitting the Northwest beginning tonight up north working its way south, and tomorrow we should get 12-18 inches of accumulation (at Mt. Baker Ski Area). Go ride if you can, and get your lungs and your legs a workout. I for one will check out Crystal Mountain and hit some laps in Green Valley for the reverse powder storm while trying to work off some holiday calories. That means it will get better as the day goes on and I expect the snow to be better by last chairlift of the day than first chairlift of the day. I can only hope to visit the white room, but very unlikely with my super fat Rossignol Black Ops skis that barely can dive in 2 feet of fresh.
So its looking good all week and into the weekend with cold temps and moisture headed our way. Keep on doing those snow dances.
Here are links to local ski areas so you can visit their sites for the most up to date info. If you had a great day on the mountain, come by Mountain to Sound Outfitters and let us know how your trip was or feel free to post in the comment section.
Make sure you check the WSDOT Pass Reports for driving conditions.
