West Seattle High School sees 307 students graduate June 21

West Seattle High School seniors throw their "mortar board" hats in the air to celebrate graduation following ceremonies on June 21 at the Southwest Athletic Complex.

West Seattle High School celebrated the graduation of 307 students at the Southwest Athletic Complex on June 21.

The West Seattle High School Wildcat Band provided the music for the event. The Welcome was provided by Lillian Murphy. She was followed by Senior Advisor Sean Riley and the Valediction was delivered by Madalyn Stewart. Principal Brian Vance, closing out his first year in the role certified the class and Acceptance was done by Leslie Harris.

Paul Savino and Jeff Ursino were in charge of diploma presentation as students came to the stage to accept.

Student Alex Maroon offered his Lessons of Life commentary and student Zoser Dunbar performed a song, accompanying himself on guitar.
