In an alliance with West Seattle Helpline, Westside Baby, West Seattle Food Bank and Westside Interfaith Network the West Seattle Eagles have joined the effort as those groups begin their Annual Winter Blanket and Coat Drive. 

This community driven event runs through November 15th, 2019.

The West Seattle Eagles located at 4426 California Ave SW are acting as a "Drop off" point for gently worn or brand new coats and blankets. The bin is located in the entryway to the club and can be accessed by all. Not an Eagles member ? Just buzz as a visitor, locate a member or the the bartender on duty to make your valuable contribution.

Donations will be picked up each Thursday, dry cleaned as needed, then distributed to the designated charities. 

This is a significant community wide event and your participation will mean a great deal to those truly in need during these cold winter months. All sizes of coats and blankets are needed. West Seattle Food Bank located at 3419 SW Morgan Street is accepting up to size 12, but there is a very under served need for youths in the 14 -16 age bracket, so please consider young and old alike.
