Re: COVID-19 ALERT
Dear Tenants:
It has been reported that one of the tenants in the office building at Jefferson Square has had direct contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19. Because of this we are taking precautionary measures to clean and sanitize the office building, beginning today. During this time, the building will be closed, effective immediately, and will reopen Monday, March 16th for normal operations. This temporary closure only applies to the tenants in the office building at Jefferson Square; the rest of the site remains open.
Tenants who want to collect any personal or work belongings must do so before 12:00 noon. After that time, the building will be closed until Monday, so that cleaning crews can work without obstruction in the space.
All tenants should be practicing health and sanitation protocol, as published by the Center for Disease Control ("CDC") to prevent the spread of germs. Information and health resources can be found at www.cdc.gov or by calling the toll free number @800.232.4636. If any confirmed case of COVID-19 or contact with someone that has COVID-19 occurs in your business at Jefferson Square, we ask that you notify the CDC immediately and follow their direction.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this temporary closure may cause.
Matt Barker
