Aiming at a late Spring or early summer opening, Dumplings of Fury, which has become a West Seattle (and yes a Columbus Ohio) favorite will expand into a larger space offering seating for up to 30 people inside.

Dumplings of Fury the asian fusion restaurant that opened in a tiny space at 4302 SW Oregon Street in 2016 has not only survived the pandemic, (their 400 square foot space pretty much dictated it was a primarily to go location in any case) they have thrived. Enough so that they are expanding into a much larger space, formerly occupied by Many Moons Trading Company at 4461 California Ave SW.
Owner Ben Jenkins said they are looking at a late spring, early summer grand re-opening. Last May Dumplings of Fury opened a second location, in of all places Hilliard, Ohio (a suburb of Columbus). That space has a lot more room and a larger menu too, something the upgraded West Seattle location will share.
Jenkins said, "We're adding around 30 seats inside and 12 more outside. And yes the menu will be larger like our other location because we will have the cook line and space to pull it off now."
Beyond more seating and a larger kitchen Jenkins added, We're gonna have a delivery window back near the original entrance so people can still expect to get quick pickup times."
A rare bright light to the WS restaurant community during COVID. Congrats DoF!
