The Seattle Police SW Precinct said, "This was a possible shooting called during 2nd watch hours that was later reclassified as a crisis SPD incident #21-68092."

More than seven Seattle Police cruisers arrived near the 7500 block of 35th SW on Saturday around 1:25 pm and emerged with rifles out. They were not divulging the nature of the response but an ambulance pulled up and an officer on the scene said everything was under control. No duty officer was available at the SW Precinct so the exact nature of the incident was not immediately available. They were seen speaking to several people as they took notes on what took place.
