Celebrating their Grand Opening on June 20 is  Natalies on Alki, a combination juice bar, dessert bar and Vietnamese Street food restaurant. They will offer teas, smoothies, lemonade and more.

It is located at 2532 Alki Ave SW.

They use real fruits and freshly made sugarcane juice in a wide variety of blended drinks. While it may not be for those sensitive to sugar such as diabetics, sugarcane juice can actually be a healthy choice. It contains a healthy dose of important elements that support a strong immune system. It is 63-73% water, 2-3% non sugars, 12-16% soluble sugars and 11-16% fiber. 

Genuine sugar cane is imported fresh and cold pressed on site, then blended with your choice of flavors and ingredients.

Some new items include sugar cane mixed with young coconut and passion fruit. or winter melon plus tea and milk. Also new are Sea Salt Crema, Herbal french tea, and a Pineapple lemonade or smoothie.

On the food side are items like Rice Paper Salad, Soy Bean Pudding, Papaya Salad, Tamarind Rolls, Summer Rolls with peanut sauce, Grilled Pork Rolls with Peanut sauce.

Desserts which are sold in cups include Tropical Summer (young coconut, fresh pineapple, caramel, kumquat and pink sea salt), Sea Hawk (coconut jelly, pandan jelly, and basil seeds), Rainbow (Durian, jackfruit, and logan mixed with coconut milk and mung bean), Mt. Rainier (Herbal grass jelly, and chewy Pandan Jelly).

The store, owned by Natalie Vinh is the third location for the company with the two others located in Lam's Seafood Market in Tukwila and another outlet at the Great Wall Mall in Kent known as Mia & more.

The hours are 10am to 7pm Monday through Thursday, 10 to 8pm Friday through Sunday.
