Upon !heir arrival they located a 22 year old male laying partially in the street with several apparent gunshot wounds. SPD began CPR. Seattle Fire also responded. SFD pronounced !he 22 year old male deceased from the injuries he suffered from the multiple gunshots. 911 callers described one of the shooters as a B/M, 6-00, while shirt and shorts. This male was seen leaving the scene holding another male that appeared to also have been shot. A 911 caller stated he saw a man shooting and believed it was "return fire" while leaving the scene with the injured male. Other 911 callers described seeing this male and the injured male leave the scene in a greyish BMW driven by a female. At approximately 0013 hrs a grey BMW containing two females and two males arrived at HMC. SPD was notified and responded. Milton ARNOLD B/Mf 012302 was in the rear drivers side of the vehicle and the injured male was only identified as "Chris". ARNOLD matched the description given of the shooter. Furthermore when SPD looked into the vehicle they observed, in plain view, two semi-auto handguns on the floorboard of where ARNOLD was just sitting. ARNOLD was taken into custody by officers and transported to the SPD Homicide office along with the female occupants. SPD Officers and detectives interviewed witnesses and two additional victims of non-fatal gunshot wounds. One of these victims, a male, described the shooter of the deceased victim as a B/M male with dreads. This victim stated he saw the shooter shoot the victim in the face during a dispute over fireworks and when he turned to run, he was shot in the leg. The other victim, a female, was also shot in the leg at the scene. The male victim was able to identify the shooter through an SPD photo montage. ARNOLD was given his Miranda Warnings and he requested a lawyer before any questioning. ARNOLD was booked into KCJ.
