City light said the outage that started on Friday afternoon in the Highland Park and Delridge Neighborhoods was still under repair though the number without power had dropped to 864 from the original 3200. They said a tree falling on power lines was the cause. They expected to have it restored by 10:30pm

The number of those without power has dropped to 1269 as of 3:30pm with full restoration expected later this afternoon.

A power outage that began shortly before 1pm has affected more than 3200 customers in West Seattle's Highland Park and Delridge neighborhoods.
Starting at around Brandon Street SW on the north the outage is just west of South Seattle College and extends down to approximately 107th SW on the southern end. On the west it is bounded by 21st SW and extends east across HWY 509 to the Duwamish River.
