Playhouse NW is presenting a self defense class for women and girls age 11 + at West Seattle's Fit 4 Mom.

This class is chock-full of hands-on training and techniques without all the lectures. It includes verbal and physical self-defense, improvised weapons training, demonstrations, martial arts, ground fighting, and lots of hands-on practice.

This class is great for women and girls who have had prior self-defense classes and need a refresher course or folks who just want to learn physical techniques and get a great foundation in self-defense.
