Hotwire Coffeehouse announced on Monday that their manager of 10 years, Nicole Crisostomo, is leaving and moving on to a new opportunity.

Her last day at the well known coffee spot is Dec. 15.

Owner Jeff Silva said, "Nicole has played an integral part in our journey with Hotwire, first as loyal customers and then in 2016 as owners. She was part of the deal when we took over the business and promoted her to manager. We relied heavily on her ‘charm’ to provide customers with a familiar face and consistent experience. Over the past 7 years, Nicole has provided support in so many ways across more than Hotwire too. She stepped up to pilot various activities and initiatives across multiple businesses and has infused the shop with one-of-a-kind artistic hand-crafted coffee consumption items and has supported our family as well.

We will miss her and wish her the very best with her next adventure!"
