Pho-S is set to open on Dec. 28 at 9646 16th SW in White Center. This is the newly built dining room.

Pho-S is set to open on Dec. 28 at 9646 16th SW. This location was the home to Dave's Jewelry and Loan since 1948 which closed in 2021.
Pho-S is the rebranded name of White Center Pho which closed one door north in May of this year. They were shuttered at that time due to health code violations.
Why S? "It represents Seattle and Saigon," said Vinh Luu, son of the owner.
Owned by the Luu family the restaurant will serve Pho of course along with a range of Vietnamese and "some chinese" dishes.
