Emergency vehicles and EMT's plus Seattle Police were called to the Southwest Athletic Complex for a report of shooting incident on Tuesday Jan. 23.

UPDATE 4:28pm
According to Seattle Police a 14 year old male was found in the restroom at the Southwest Athletic Complex 2800 Southwest Thistle Street. He had been shot.
SPD said that he had entered the building with friends. The weapon used is missing, which led to an hour long lockdown of nearby schools.
The building is also home to the Teen Life Center.
People with appointments were being turned away until further notice with the facility closed during the investigation.

A Scenes of Violence call went out at 1:26pm for a person who had been shot near the Southwest Athletic Complex on Thistle Street or came there for assistance. Details are not yet clear on the incident.
The person died at the scene.
But Sealth High School and Denny Middle School are on lockdown as a search for the gun is underway.
