Spring sports
Practices are underway for spring sports with the first competitions at the end of next week.
Pros
Mariners
Seattle plays Kansas City in Peoria, Ariz. this Wednesday at 12:10 p.m. before entertaining the Chicago White Sox at the same time and place Thursday.
The Mariners visit Colorado at 12:10 p.m. Friday and come back to Peoria to play Oakland at the same time Saturday.
Seattle is the away team against San Diego in Peoria Sunday before hosting the Texas Rangers there Tuesday with both games also starting at 12:10 p.m. Part of the team visits Cleveland at 12:05 p.m. Tuesday.

Sounders
Seattle entertains Austin for a 7:30 p.m. Saturday men's soccer match at Lumen Field on Apple TV+.
Kraken
Pittsburgh comes to the Climate Pledge Arena to play Seattle at 7 p.m. Thursday and Edmonton visits at 1 p.m. Saturday.
The Kraken visit Calgary at 6:30 p.m. Monday and Winnipeg at 5 p.m. Tuesday.
All four games will be televised on ROOT Sports Northwest.
Thunderbirds
Seattle visits Kamloops at 7 p.m. Friday before entertaining Moose Jaw at 6:05 p.m. Saturday at the Showare Center in Kent.
The Thunderbirds go to Vancouver to play at 4 p.m. Sunday.
Silvertips
Everett entertains Moose Jaw at 7:05 p.m. Friday and Regina at 6:05 p.m. Saturday.
Stars
The Tacoma indoor soccer team hosts the Harrisburg Heat at 5:05 p.m. Friday and Sunday at the Showare Center in Kent.
Colleges
Husky men
Washington gets a 7:30 p.m. Thursday visit from UCLA and a 1 p.m. Saturday visit from USC.
Thursday's game is on Fox Sports 1 and Saturday's on Channel 7.
Cougar men
Washington State entertains USC at 7:30 p.m. Thursday and UCLA at 6 p.m. Saturday with both on the Pac-12 network.
Husky women
The UW visits Colorado at 6 p.m. Thursday and Utah at 11 a.m. Saturday on Pac-12WA.
Cougar women
WSU goes to Utah at 2 p.m. Thursday and Colorado at noon Saturday on the Pac-12 network.
Husky baseball
Washington hosts Santa Clara at 6 p.m. Friday, 2 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday.
