The July 23, 2023 shooting at a gas station in the 5400 block of Delridge Way S.W. has been sent for prosecution.

 Seattle Police sent the cases on March 11, 2024 and King County prosecutors filed charges March 12. Two defendants were charged under case numbers (Charging documents here 24-1-00865-5) and 24-1-00864-7.

Both were charged in King County Superior Court with Murder in the Second Degree with a firearm enhancement.

The next court appearance for both defendants are arraignments, where an initial plea is entered. Those are scheduled for 8:30 a.m. 3/25 in room 1201A of the King County Courthouse.
