A car driven by a male in his 20's went off the road and into Puget Sound off Alki Ave early Saturday just after midnight. It was recovered on Sunday morning

The car that went into the water off Alki Ave on Saturday morning waa finally recovered by Lang Towing on Sunday morning.

A call to 911 at 12:13 am was about a car that had gone into the water in the 1100 block of Alki Ave SW.
14 units from the Seattle Fire Department responded and the male driver in his 20's had to be extricated from the vehicle. He suffered non life threatening injuries. As of 3pm that car was still on the beach, attracting spectators.
